All Levels Flow

This popular class offers many versions of vinyasas and plenty of ways to advance your yoga practice, as well as options to take it slower and modify poses. We will make suggestions throughout the class to meet you right where you are. (Saturday YOGA in the Park is an All Levels Flow class.)

Barefoot Functional Fitness (BFF)

*New class Summer 2024* Having a solid foundation of strength, balance, and cardio makes it easier to say “yes” to all of the activities that Northern Michigan has to offer. Each class will include a curated series of body weight movements, fast-paced intervals / circuits, balance practice, and core. BFF is designed to challenge and inspire you!

Breathe + Stretch

Join us for a gentle, meditative hour of pranayama (breath work) and movement. This class is perfect for practitioners seeking to deepen introspection, improve lung capacity and/or maintain and improve posture and mobility. Designed to be accessible for all levels, this class will use blocks and straps to help you align and safely deepen into poses in order to get the most out of your practice.

Burn + Breathe: Energize and Balance

Ignite your inner fire In this dynamic yet grounding all-levels class as you experience a fusion of energizing movement and soothing breathwork. Join Sarah on the mat, where strength meets serenity, and embark on a journey to discover a unique blend of burning energy and mindful breathing. Step into your power, explore your balance, and leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to conquer the day.

Fusion Flow: Yoga + Pilates

This class combines the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga with the core-strengthening and toning benefits of Pilates. Expect a well-rounded workout that enhances your balance, builds strength and promotes a sense of inner peace.

Burn, Breathe, Release

In this all-levels class you will embark on a mindful exploration of practices designed to release tension, reduce stress, and cultivate inner calm. Drawing from the wisdom of yoga, mindfulness, and holistic psychotherapy, Sarah will guide you through yoga postures, soothing breathwork, and relaxation techniques. Each session is crafted to create a safe space for you to unwind, let go of accumulated stress, and reconnect with your body's innate capacity for healing.

Power Vinyasa

"Power" refers to maximizing potential, rather than making any particular shape with your body. This class is designed to challenge all levels with a focus on breath and maximum participation at YOUR edge. We pump up the pace and intensity...come ready to sweat!

Return to Yoga

Time to restart or revisit your yoga practice? This weekly class is perfect for returning to yoga after a break or starting a practice for the first time. We'll review the fundamentals of breath and movement, and build a balanced asana practice which includes power, precision and mindfulness. Refresh or begin your practice with this welcoming evening class.

Slow Burn

This class is a fusion of Power and Slow Flow with a focus on increasing strength, flexibility and balance. Slow, dynamic flows, long holds and a warm studio help you experience breath and alignment in new ways. Great for beginners and pros alike, this class is a good complement to your active lifestyle.

Slow Flow

As the name implies, this is a flow series focused on the basics: Breath and Alignment. We keep it fun and upbeat. Whether you are brand new to yoga, or a vinyasa pro who wants to slow down and focus on precision, this class is for YOU!

Sunrise Vinyasa

Start your day with breath, movement and meditation. Welcome the morning with a vinyasa style flow that focuses on warming up the body and settling the mind before transitioning into the rest of your day with a smile on your face. All levels welcome.
